Terms of Use

These terms cover the Cool Route marketing website, waitlist, and product app at app.coolroute.app. Cool Route is HVAC-first field service software.

This page starts from the waitlist terms published on coolroute.app (August 16, 2026) and extends them to product accounts so signup on the app is covered by the same document.

The site and the waitlist

You may browse coolroute.app and submit the waitlist form if you are an HVAC owner, operator, or other business contact who wants launch updates. Provide accurate contact information. Do not submit other people’s email addresses without permission.

Waitlist signup does not guarantee a launch date, pricing, feature set, or a slot in early access. We will email you when we have something useful to say. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not create a paid subscription.

Product accounts

Creating an account on app.coolroute.app is for HVAC shops that want to use the product. You must be authorized to create and manage that company account. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the customer, job, and payment information you store.

Paid access is billed by Stripe at the price shown at signup ($49 per active user per month unless we state otherwise). Subscribing is a purchase. Card details stay with Stripe. Canceling through the billing portal stops future charges at period end as Stripe describes; it does not undo time already used.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or the product to:

• Probe, scrape, or overload the service
• Submit malware, spam, or automated junk through a form
• Misrepresent who you are in a way that harms others
• Access another shop’s data or use the app for anything other than running your HVAC business

Intellectual property

The Cool Route name, logo, and site content belong to Cool Route. You may not copy the site as a competing product page or reuse our marks without permission. Shop data you enter remains yours; we process it only to provide the service.

No warranty

The marketing site, waitlist, and product are provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on marketing copy. A paid subscription is still an operations tool — it is not a guarantee of jobs completed, routes optimized, or customer payments collected.

Privacy

How we handle waitlist and product data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product launches. The date at the top will change when we do.
